A grouping of white washed grave, which house the funeral and burial ashes of members of the royal family of Chiangmai, is placed in the northwestern part of the wat area.
Wat Suan Dok is worthwhile the visit. A group of white washed mausoleums house the interment ashes of members of the royal family of Chiang Mai. This with the contrast of the gold chedi is beautiful.

Wat Chiang Man
The Chiang man temple, also referred at times as the Chiang Man temple, is a Buddhist temple in the interior the capital of Chiangmai in northern Thailand. Wat Chiang Man was built in the year 1297 by Ruler Mangrai and was the first temple to be constructed in Chiangmai.
Wat Chiang Man is reportedly the oldest temple in Chiangmai and established by the town’s inventor, Ruler Mengrai, some 700 years ago. Although an essential temple, it is relatively small and is not situated on the focal tourist routes. It is though spectacular a visit if you have the time. There are a number of small structures in the temple grounds each displaying standard Northern-design ornamentation include gold leaf on red porcelain and colored mirrors. The wat houses some of the essence Lord buddha sculpture - one made of marble that  came from Sri Lanka 2,000 years ago and another from Lopburi which is made of crystal and said to be 1,800 years old.

Wat Phra Singh
Wat Phra Singh is also known as “The Monastery of the Lion Buddha” or “The wat of the Lion Buddha” is an active temple, with hundreds of monks and novices living there. The Wat Phra Singh houses a number of highly honored and very old Buddha images. The Wat Phra Singh dates back to the 14th century when Chiang Mai was the metropolis of the Lanna Kingdom, and is one of the finest model of traditional Lanna style wat structure in Northern Thailand. The wat grounds have a number of traditional Lanna style buildings. In Songkran festival in April when traditional Asian new year is celebrated the Phra Singh statue is carried through the streets of Chiang Mai during which native people can honour the images by watering water over it.

Wat Chedi Luang
Wat Chedi Luang is very stunning and impressive Temple. Painting and words can't discourse fully till you get there personally and sense it. Even the air feels special when you get nearby at the foot of this ancient temple, virtually I could feel the motionlessness and tranquility of environment immediate, despite the weather was a bit windy that day. It is definitely highly suggested to pay a visit if one is in Chiangmai, despite even if you're one who's engrossed in historic style, structure or religious purpose, you'll be marvering at the best stunning success of Wat Chedi Luang.

The next day of Chiang Mai day trips 8.30 am Meet your tour guide and run to Maerim route. Visit to Mae Sa elephant camp. Mae Sa Elephant Camp is in a good-looking forested setting and you can travel the camp feeding, petting and posing with the creatures. If you have any attention in creatures and wildlife you will be satisfied this experience.
Apart from going about their daily routine of lave, eating, nap and just being habitual elephants, these highly intelligent creatures have been trained to paint, act soccer , dance and perform a string of charisma displays that will change the way you imagine about Thai elephants. Continue to lunch time at Tiger Kingdom and play with the tiger.

This has to be one of the best attraction we have been to. We be likely not to visit animal camps ex make a show monkey, snake etc but when we look the info on this place we just felt we desired to give it a try. We had see knock say the tigers were narcotic but this was not the circumstances when we visited. The tigers are all reared from cubs by their trainers and at no time were they opiate. Yes some were laying in this area but that was just because it was hot and they were content. We managed to get fabulous images of us posting with a sitting tiger and also some of 2 playing. We will never ever forget this experience!!

Later go to hilltribe village. Baan Tong Luang is a untrue village containing seven separate Thai Hill Tribes. Baan Tong Luang has been laid out quite well, with a dispart area for each of the dissimilar Hilltribes. The village is separated by picturesque rice paddies and fields containing water buffalo, with several thatched roof huts in the distance. The road through the village is lined on both sides with thatched roof wooden huts, almost every one displaying for sale a wide diversity of Hill Tribe embroidery, cloth, jewelry and many other goods of uncertain ethnic origin that  you can find at Chiang Mai’s Night Bazaar or strolling streets at considerably lower prices. after Walk around village and Drive back to the old city.
